You would have thought that all talk of marriage would be on the back burner for Kim Kardashian after her oh so public and sudden split from Brooklyn Nets player Kris Humphries (she’s still legally married to him by the way) but it seems Kim K and Kanye have been talking about getting hitched.
While the couple seem pretty much inseparable, it appears Kim’s been listening closely to some of Kanye’s lyrics. Keen not to be labelled as a gold digger, the reality TV star is adamant that she will go into the marriage with her own money and it’s been reported that Kim K refuses to even think about tying the knot with her rapper beau until she’s worth at least $50 million.
Figures have estimated Kim’s fortune at a not too shabby $38 million, so at least she’s not got too far to go but with Kanye worth nearly $100 million you can understand why she may be a little intimidated. A source stated: “Kanye knows she’s not after his money, but she’s making a thing out of this — it’s as though she’s in financial competition with him, and that’s not a good foundation for a marriage.”
It looks like it might be a case of more money, more problems for poor Yeezy!
