Just like you, we were thrilled when Givenchy revealed that models of colour would take centre stage in their latest ad campaign.
We were even more thrilled when we found out that one of their chosen ‘faces’ would be neo-soul queen Erykah Badu. Recently the brand’s creative director, Riccardo Tisci, shared some shots from the campaign which show Ms Badu looking effortlessly flawless as usual –but really, what did we expect?
In the black-and-white images, Erykah sports a range of looks: glorious mane, bone-straight tresses and a huge afro while donning top hats, headwraps and African inspired jewellery.
